What Auto PM is

Auto PM is a drafting and organisation tool for product managers and business analysts. It turns your evidence and ideas into PRDs, backlogs, documents and plans, and connects to tools you choose (such as Jira and your own databases). By using Auto PM you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for it.
• One account per person; don't share accounts.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content

Everything you put in — evidence, PRDs, backlogs, documents — remains yours. You give Auto PM permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. AI-drafted text is a starting point: you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, sharing it, or pushing it to Jira or anywhere else.

Your connections

• When you connect Jira or a database, you confirm you are authorised to use those credentials and the data behind them.
• Auto PM runs read-only queries against databases you connect. It never writes to your database.
• Jira issues are created or updated only when you explicitly push, or when a Jira-side automation you installed sends issues in.

Acceptable use

Don't use Auto PM to:

• Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
• Store data you have no right to store (including other people's secrets).
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Probe or overload connected databases that aren't yours.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability and changes

Auto PM is provided "as is". We aim for reliability but don't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product improves. Keep your own copies of anything critical — the export and copy buttons exist for exactly that.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Auto PM is not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data, business interruption) arising from use of the service. AI-generated drafts may be wrong; decisions made from them are yours.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Auto PM and delete your data at any time. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms. See the privacy policy for how data is handled on the way out.
